Payment timing	Payment is confirmed when an order is placed through the online store. Subscription products are charged on the initial sign-up date and then automatically on the same day each month.
Delivery timing	Subscription products are scheduled to be delivered around the beginning of each month. Delivery may be delayed if shipping information is incomplete. If the shipping schedule changes, customer support will notify customers.
Returns and exchanges	Because this is mail-order sales, the cooling-off system does not apply. Returns or exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damage or defects attributable to us before delivery, with shipping costs covered by us.
